As a Mental Performance Coach, I am passionate about empowering youth softball athletes with a strong mental game. I understand the pressures of our game, not only as a coach, but as a former player as well.
Preparing young women for life outside the chalk lines will help them understand their worth as, people first, athletes second.
When they start to realize how their unique brain works and surround themselves with other athletes on the journey, the ripples are limitless. As a parent or coach, what more could you ask for? This is the real work.
I am on a mission to grow the mental game by increasing awareness and making mental skills training accessible to all ages.
