• ***IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to our new venue and activities the minimum age requirement is age 12 by 7/20/24

Your Retreat Registration includes: 

• Player Lodging in the Cabins Monday - Wednesday Night! (Parents will need to book a hotel if accompanying their daughter)

Transportation: Transportation costs and logistics to arrive and depart from the Retreat is the sole responsibility of each individual. If you need assistance with airport pickup/departure please contact us to arrange those logistics. 

Lodging: Players will stay in the Cabins as part of the Retreat Registration Cost. Each girl will get twin bed bunk bed in bedroom with 7 other girls. Modern bathrooms with private showers are located directly inside our cabins. Basic linens will be provided, retreaters are recommended to bring a blanket and a pillow as well as a towel.

Parents are welcome to book hotels in the nearby area.
