Next Steps: 

✅  STEP 1: After purchase, you will Pick a Date on the Calendar. This workshop will be a 60 Minute LIVE Zoom Call. 

✅  STEP 2: Coaches will meet with Coach AB prior to the workshop to assess team needs and pick mental skill curriculum to cover with your girls.

✅  STEP 3: Coaches will send out Zoom link and info to their team and organization for attendance. 

✅  STEP 4: Players and Coaches attend LIVE Workshop. Players will walk away with tangible skills to practice and implement as a team! Coaches will have tools and topics to hold players accountable and keep the conversation going!
